On Thursday, September 28th at 7PM Oak Hill Academy is hosting a screening of the award-winning film SCREENAGERS. The 70-minute film probes into the vulnerable corners of family life, including the director’s own, and depicts messy struggles, over social media, video games, academics, and internet addiction. Through surprising insights from authors and brain scientists solutions emerge on how we can empower kids to best navigate the digital world. Our Upper school students in grades 5-8 will be seeing this program at 1:00pm. We will have an evening program for the parents. Students who have a parent attend the 7pm showing will earn a dress down day. If the parent is accompanied by a non- OHA adult, the student will earn two dress down days! There will be a sign-in sheet that night of Sept. 28th.
