Alex Mitchell repeats as Oak Hill Geography Champion for the 4th Time!

Eighth grader, Alex Mitchell, secured his position as the Geography Champion at the best private school in Monmouth County, Oak Hill Academy, for the 4th Time and Final time! 

Best Private School Monmouth County

Alex will advance to the NJ State Geography Bee for the fourth straight year and hopes to better his 3rd place finish in 2017.  Best of Luck Alex!!

Congratulations should also go out to 1st Runner Up, Lauren Soler, 2nd Runner up, Gavin Blankenbaker, and all of the other finalists: Aarya Doshi, Elizabeth Wright, Molly Jain, Robert Schweikert, Stefan Wenzelburger, Daniel Mooney and Audrey Yan.

  • Dress Down Day - Benefit PKU

    All Students must still be prepared with sneakers for Physical Education class or they will be unprepared.as per the handbook: ;Hats, shorts, clothing with inappropriate sayings, clothing that is ripped, sandals, pajamas, slippers, flip flops, and tank tops are not permitted during the school day or during "dress down days." Professional “team jerseys” are permitted during “dress down days” as long as a t-shirt is worn underneath the sleeveless jersey. On a “dress down day,” slacks must be no higher than 5” above the ankle bone. On Dress Down days, skirts still should be of regulation length and blouses/shirts should be able to be tucked in at the waist. Short midriff and low cut blouses/shirts are not appropriate for school.
