Mrs. Tirella’s seventh grade Literature classes did an investigative study of William Shakespeare and the Globe Theatre.  Using a Station Rotation model with Blended Learning on the computer, our class researched ten facts about Shakespeare’s life and ten facts about the Globe.  They also became “groundlings for a day” and read a selection about visiting a performance at the Globe. In addition, the students tapped their creative juices and designed an admission ticket to the theatre and a movie poster for A Midsummer Night’s Dream.  Once all of the artwork has been collected, it will become a class bulletin board.
