Monmouth County’s best private school, Oak Hill Academy (OHA), has participated in the State of New Jersey’s Cybersecurity Awareness Poster Contest. The purpose of the contest is to spread awareness about how to stay safe online.
OHA students discuss Cyber Safety during their computer class. They talk about using the computer with a trusted adult, not sharing passwords, cyberbullying and more. These posters convey what was learned in class. The New Jersey Cybersecurity & Communications Integration Cell (NJCCIC) holds the contest in conjunction with the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness (NJOHSP).
State level winners move on to the National contest held by the Multi-State Information Sharing & Analysis Center (MS-ISAC). One winner from each grade at the national level will have their poster featured in a calendar!
